  This is the first time I have been to a Sunday mass. I&apos;ve been to one baptism, one funeral, and one midnight mass over the years. It is so beautiful and I felt so good when I left. I don&apos;t know if the Catholic Church is where I need to be, but I&apos;m grateful for the opportunity to pray with you all today.<br><br>I always love Father Mike&apos;s homily.

  Thank you for this teaching. &nbsp;I have long struggled with my identity and now I see clearly who I am in Christ and I want to give him the best of me. &nbsp;All of me and my life. &nbsp;I felt the struggle actually be lifted off my shoulders so to speak and a great peace came over me. &nbsp;God is good and so faithful. &nbsp;❤

  Thank you, Fr. Mike for all your homily‘s. Even after attending mass at my own parish, I still open up and listen to your homily because you have a gift of delivering the message to anyone listening. I enjoy value and appreciate all your wisdom and knowledge.

  Great sermon! In a deep sense I think the separate self has to &quot;die&quot; in order to be born again. Not physical death, but as Paul said, I have been crucified with Christ. Jesus said, pick up your cross and follow me, meaning we too need to be &quot;crucified&quot; (again, not physical death) to lose our lives as Jesus said and find our life in Christ.

  Disown is such a great term to describe letting go of self and giving ownership to God. Transferring the deed of self ❤<br>After all, God is the original owner
