There’s a reason Shaolin monks were feared and respected by each dynastys. Even the Qing emperor himself feared Shaolin monks

The stretching “yoga” was the most amazing part. I don’t believe any other martial arts goes to this extent.

Ngl, the monk in charge of training literally gave no fucks the entire video. Jason seems easy going but the monk never laughed. Barely smiled. I wonder if the monk thought Jason wasn’t serious. To see how they devoted they are is almost unfathomable for me, especially as someone who’s not religious. Props to Jason for continuously enduring this.
