  vincent stays loyal to us because we help him once with the casino agatha baker missions, again by getting back the stolen car for him, in the casino heist prep, and yet again with the cluckin bell raid. he has no reason to think of us negatively as we do not go after him and any cops we kill are likely to be LSPD, who he does not like as they are mean and are corrupt. vincent also probably knows that if he rats us out, we will break out and kill him for ratting us out. also, as for the cruiser car, he never hints at us getting one for free anyway, he just says that there's been a new shipment of those vehicles in town. also, the "breaking and entering" missions is still necessary as vincent says "we need that laptop to know the optimal time to hit the factory" and the hacking device in the terrorbyte is useful for the safe code and also the train to hack the lights. the hacking lights may not be useful in aggressive but oh well.
