  As huge as Yosemite is &nbsp;there are most likely a lot more missing people there than have ever been reported missing.

  Forgot to say it&apos;s very interesting just how many people disappear without a trace &amp; are never ever found. Makes you wonder what in the world did happen to them. Sad for the families to never know.

  Every time I camped in yosemite they were searching for someone. An older gentleman went missing on a trail when he stopped to read his Bible and wait for his family to go up and come back...he just disappeared

  Allen Martin case: &nbsp;As soon as you&apos;ve mentioned that he was due in court due to child custody battles before he disappeared, I immediately thought that the mother of his children probably had some involvement in his disappearance. I hope that Allen&apos;s family and LE had considered it as a possibility.

  I’ve been meaning to come here to tell you I love your intro, the music, the collage… the photo of the guy who allegedly left “kill kits” all over the US… fantastic. Please don’t ever change it. Also, congratulations on the steady growth. Great storytelling.

  Wow, what a great channel. I&apos;m a full day hiker myself, always monitor the weather, stay on trail, bring plenty of water, and bring the correct gear.

  Joel Thomazin was a long time family friend and childhood neighbor. My brother and I spent a lot of time with him and his brothers. Amazing guy, was always outdoors, and knew what he was doing. My family attended his wedding and he was a dedicated husband and father with no reason to disappear. He knew the area very well and was a skilled backpacker. To my knowledge, signs of his presence were located on a small island in the middle of the lake. His family has gone to great lengths to continue his search long after law enforcement called it off. To this day we are all still shocked at his disappearance and hope someday his family will get closure. RIP Joel! My husband and I don’t live far from Yosemite but I’m honestly afraid to go there after Joel’s disappearance. If it can happen to him, it can happen to anybody.

  I’m am in awe of those who are skilled in outdoor activities like camping, hiking and hunting but these kinds of stories are frightening. &nbsp;So many skilled people go missing in the wilderness.
