As someone with over 10 years of experience in SEO, I can say this with confidence: if you don’t understand SEO, no AI tool—not even Claude—is going to save you.<br><br>The person in that video is misleading people. That’s simply not how it works. You need to understand the fundamentals of SEO yourself. Otherwise, you’ll end up with AI hallucinations, a broken site structure, keyword cannibalization, poor internal linking, and many other issues that can seriously hurt your website.<br><br>Does Claude help? Absolutely. It’s a fantastic assistant, and there’s no denying that. But it doesn’t do the job for you. It enhances the work of someone who already knows what they’re doing.<br><br>If you don’t have the knowledge or experience, relying on AI alone is far more likely to create problems than solve them.

The gotcha in client-facing automations: scheduling, quoting and follow-up flows need an explicit escalation path when the automation is uncertain, or the client experience degrades at exactly the high-value moments. A confidence threshold routing ambiguous cases to a human queue with full context attached solves it, and tracking escalation rate weekly is the best early warning that a workflow is drifting.
