  Julie, i really enjoy Wednesday&apos;s, because i really enjoy your channel&apos;s. &nbsp;I like how you forage for thing&apos;s from the land, dive right in and learn how to do so many different thing&apos;s. &nbsp;I like how you shop at different places for furnishings for all the project&apos;s you&apos;ve got going on. &nbsp;<br> &nbsp; &nbsp; When i was a kid, being older than my brother, i was always helping my dad and grandparents with any task needed to be done, and it made me not afraid to do something i had no clue about. &nbsp;The one thing my granny instilled in me, was to buy thing&apos;s second hand, garage sale, cut coupons back in the day, and to not waste anything. &nbsp;My granny grew up in the great depression, and she was the youngest of 7 kid&apos;s, and when thing&apos;s got really rough, at time&apos;s she would have to stay with other relative&apos;s, and so she always worried about having extra food stocked up, even though she and my paternal grandpa had good job&apos;s and retirement pensions. &nbsp;She always had a garden, and would us kid&apos;s pick wild asparagus, black raspberries,, rhubarb, morrel mushrooms, different herbs, and all sorts of foraged pine boughs and other thing&apos;s to make wreaths out of. &nbsp;On my maternal side, my grandpa had me help put on a new roof when i was 11, along with mowing his acre lawn, which then involved fixing machinery, and building thing&apos;s. &nbsp;He also taught me how to restore antique furniture that we would get from auctions or estate sales. &nbsp;His one passion was collecting and restoring old clocks that were very old, and very rare. &nbsp;I loved the old grandmother clocks, because they looked like small grandfather clocks. &nbsp;We had to make parts for some of the clocks, and it was so fun. &nbsp;I&apos;m nearly 54, and my family are mostly gone, but i still try to do thing&apos;s I&apos;ve never done, and am restoring an old 1954 m38a1 military jeep. &nbsp;I have it completely apart, and am refreshing and fixing everything myself, and want to put a memorial on it somewhere in memory of my grandpa&apos;s who fought in wwll. &nbsp;I&apos;ve had people be critical of some of the thing&apos;s i do, but i do them anyway, because just because i am a woman doesn&apos;t mean i can&apos;t sow, and fix a vehicle as well. &nbsp;I dress in my own style, and don&apos;t care what people think. &nbsp;I really like how you dress, not a bunch of high fashion, but your own unique style, including the hats. &nbsp;You are humble and kind, and i admire people like you, who live their life how they like it, try new thing&apos;s, and learn to fix and create, because you&apos;re able to just jump in and try. &nbsp;Thank you for being the unique person you are, and don&apos;t ever let anyone try to convince you to do thing&apos;s differently.<br>G-d bless from Michigan,USA.

  The wreath is really beautiful! I always look forward to Julie’s videos. She just seems nice. Thanks for sharing, Julie. That antiques shop looks very interesting and it’s a very sustainable gift choice for the holidays.

  I learned from a friend a very long time ago a few things about handwriting. One thing stuck, as it&apos;s a characteristic in my own and I&apos;m also an immigrant, just going the opposite way. Y&apos;s that have a straight tail tell of a person who doesn&apos;t need anyone, perhaps has become accustomed to being alone. The wider the curve on a Y&apos;s tail (this goes for g&apos;s also) the more people the person requires around them. It just stood out to me in her diary.
