  I don’t know what’s funnier, that mark called the dude and he was totally convinced he was a fed but mark sent him the money anyway, or that he actually sent mark the product with all the nice instructions and it actually worked.

  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LUkq9k39AwE&amp;t=2117">35:17</a> Law Student here, if the sponsorship is long term, unless he’s endorsing/reviewing the car, or was sent the car for free, then he doesn’t have to disclose anything. Only when there’s a material connection AND an endorsement / commercial message do you have to disclose. That short clip was definitely a visual endorsement, but unless there’s an ongoing partnership at the time of the video, then it’s fine, even if he worked with them before.

  I like how every part of this feels fake except for showing people how easy it is to make and defend from this device (which I would bet leads to more cars getting stolen on average)
