  3 months ago I was broke, anxious, and completely lost. My friend sent me Manifest and Receive by Eva Hartley and I read it in one sitting. Not even kidding, my whole energy shifted.   I divorced a narcissist when my kids were 3 and 5. I was always concerned about what they may miss.  But they are amazing...single parents get a bad rap.

  Breaks my heart what parents do to children.<br>My children are older now in their 40s.. best advice i got from a dear friend who birthed all her children at home, told me pretend it&apos;s a 100 years ago and trust your instincts. <br>Baby showers or at hospitals every new mom got a copy of Dr Spocks baby book filled w) all this advise.. <br>My advice to mom&apos;s BURN the &quot;pink book&quot; &quot;listen&quot; to your baby&apos;s needs, trust your instincts

  This happened with me and my child, when he was 4 months old, I had appendicitis and had to be in hospital away from him for surgery and recovery (I couldn&apos;t breast feed as I had too many drugs in my system) and when we reunited he literally growled at me (more snapped at me) &apos;where had I been?&apos; and he is 6 now and still super attached. I am a completely solo parent that works full-time.

  Honestly, it breaks my heart how Manifest and Receive by Eva Hartley isn’t getting the attention it deserves. This book changed me. People need to wake up to this.

  I dont believe in time out and naughty steps. I soothed my children in various appropriate &nbsp;ways and it worked for me. I say exactly what Gabor Mate is saying in different words.

  They need a voice and to be listened to, and fathers to actually work and help raise them, so the mothers can be with their kids, rather than working multiple jobs, struggling, and stressed.
