  This is a Ds Club car 1994 and it has new batteries and i bought a new v glide to install. Surprise there are resistors on the old v glide.

  Thank you for making this video. It has already helped me more than once.  I have a 2009 precedent (PH) excel with the TPS that needed the MCOR conversion with the resistor harness. Did that. Since then I've upgraded the controller to the Navitas TSX 600A. Should I remove the resistor harness and bypass resistors for MCOR voltage signal?

  Can you do a video for 1996 and up? I have a 1997 48v cart with Curtis controller. Having a hard time finding instructions for this conversion

  So I will assume the 2019 to 2022 Tempo's and Onwards that came from the factory equipped with either the lead-acid batteries or the Vanguard or LG lithium battery packs, with the newer AC drive systems also used the MCOR-4 throttle unit, both of which would've been switched to the APPS throttle unit in 2022. I ask because I just bought a 2020 Tempo Li-Ion with AC drive system, and my neighbor has the newer 2024 Onward with lead-acid batteries but with an AC drive system. Both are factory built. So if I understand all of this correctly, my cart has the MCOR-4 unit, his uses the APPS unit.

  Hey David I’ve &nbsp;got a club car 2011 carryall iq with 1520 Curtis it has 16 pin plug and also two other small plugs one is a3 wire other is 4 wire my question is if I want to go to aftermarket controller ie maybe navitas &nbsp;I haven’t seen any aftermarket controllers with a spot for those smaller plugs I. Not sure what they do either
