Many Turkish people of Balkan descent live in Bursa. Following the Ottoman Empire's territorial losses and population exchanges, millions of Balkan immigrants came to Türkiye. My ancestors also came from Thessaloniki and Kardzhali. Besides Bursa, they have a significant population in Izmir, Western Istanbul, Çanakkale, Edirne, Tekirdağ, and Kırklareli.

Loved this video 🇹🇷 <br>You captured Bursa in such a calm and authentic way — the tea, local food, old streets and everyday moments felt very real. As an American living in Turkey, your perspective is really unique 👏<br><br>I actually stop in Bursa almost every time when driving from Istanbul toward Antalya. <br>I also have a hotel review on my channel from Uludağ — a hotel almost 2 km high in the mountains, with views that honestly feel like the Alps 😄<br><br>Bursa and Uludağ are seriously underrated. Your video reminded me why I always enjoy stopping there 🙌<br><br>Subscribed to your channel as well 👍
