Lone Star Grillz 20x42 Review | Best Pellet Smoker Yet?

Today I’m reviewing the Lone Star Grillz 20x42 pellet smoker to see how it performs during a real overnight cook. This is a heavy American-made pellet smoker with a FireBoard controller, a large cooking chamber, an exterior-access burn pot, and one feature that separates it from most pellet grills. It can feed wood chips through the auger with the pellets. My smoker also has the optional wood split basket, which lets you burn an actual wood split beside the pellet fire. For this cook, I ran pellets mixed with oak wood chips overnight. I added an oak split before bed and another after I woke up. The smoker held temperature very well throughout the cook. The pellets and wood chips fed without any problems, and the FireBoard app never disconnected. Temperature fluctuations became a little wider when I raised the cooking temperature, but that is usually expected.
