  Curry goat is usually eaten with white rice and dumplings are eaten with the ackee & salt fish

  I'm Jamaican, Cuban, and Chinese. Growing up, I learned that the best way to learn about someone's culture is through the foods that people eat . West Indians , Hispanics, and Latinos have so much in common. I'm proud to say I'm open-minded

  Who paired these together? Lol. Why wasn’t the goat served with white rice and the dumpling with the ackee?! Also, maybe should’ve told them that the ackee fruit isn’t a sweet fruit so they shouldn’t expect to taste sweetness. Glad they got to taste and enjoy the food. ❤
