  The solution to the wire wheel brushing against the guard: A pack of washers.<br>Remove the 3 screws that hold the guard to the motor base, and drop two washers on each screw. It pushes the entire guard assembly just slightly over.<br>Then, add one or two extra washers to the tool rest as well, so it moves back to the center of the wheel.

  Since the left wheel is reverse thread and the other side is not, I don&apos;t understand how you&apos;re able to tighten the nut by putting a wrench on each wheel, because if you use force in opposing directions you&apos;d be loosening the other wheel while trying to tighten the wire brush wheel.

  I have the same question as Ross both sides have a right handed thread and i cannot get it to tighten

  I’ve done the same I’ve had to remove the shield as it wasn’t going right in I’m not sure about the long-term effects of it though

  Both bolts go on the same way when trying to tighten the wheels both comes loose that’s that I’m looking for how do I stop the wheel while putting on a new blade

  Hi, planning to buy one. I have a chinses grinder that runs very hot in 5 minutes with no load. Could not leave my hands on it for 3 seconds. &nbsp;I need a grinder for at least an hour continuous use. Does this one gets very hot? Hope to hear from you soon. Many thanks

  I can&apos;t see what your left hand is doing. when I have my left hand holding the bolt on the left side and go to tighten the right side, the left side bolt loosens, and vice versa. So what is your left hand locking onto on the left side? it certainly can&apos;t be the bolt because you would be loosening the left hand bolt while you are tightening the right hand bolt. it seems like the threaded configuration of this thing is as backwards?

  This video is worthless. Anyone knows that you would loosen the nut to remove the wheel—but how do you secure the shaft to keep it from turning?
