  I know this is an older collection of comments but I have only recently discovered Richard Carrier.  I am a newly minted fan.  What I need is to find an atheist/mythicists group by me I can become part of.  I feel isolated knowing the truths so many around me willfully ignore and it hurts.

  1000% the best discussion and set of panelists ever! These guys complement each other so perfectly! I've watched this a dozen times and expect to watch it again and again.  The level of discussion here is rarely equaled. Anywhere.

  Did my own research on both Carrier&apos;s and Price&apos;s books and was intrigued at how accurate they are. I think Christians should give them a read. If for no other reason than to see what the counter arguments are.

  My wife was the biggest Christian there ever was. I am a physicist, and challenged her to prove me wrong, that Jesus did not exit. After, years of studying and looking at the Greek translations, she is now the biggest atheist, I have ever known. She is happy to know the truth! She know&apos;s the bible, like the back of her hand. Most Christian&apos;s, have never read the bible. Most Christian&apos;s are the coldest people, I have ever known. The Church is in trouble, the younger generation is onto this fact, look at Church services and you will only find, people over the age of forty there!

  When my younger sister became a born again Christian in the 80s, her pastor from Calvary Chapel came to our house to proselytize to us at my sister&apos;s invitation. My father and mother were atheists and had raised us irreligious. When the pastor discussed all the evidence for Jesus and believing the gospels, my father said, you are telling me that the most important person who ever lived- the son of God- the only one we can depend on for eternal life and salvation from hell, never wrote anything down himself? Was never discussed by any Roman philosopher or politician? All the people who rose from the dead and walked around after Jesus&apos;s resurrection didn&apos;t leave any record of what happened to them? One of the most literate cultures in the world at that time didn&apos;t leave information for their descendants? I don&apos;t remember what the pastor said, but I realized at that moment there was no chance at all that Jesus had been &nbsp;a real person.

  Great video! &nbsp;I do agree that Mr Fitzgerald lets his enthusiasm overcome politeness in dealing with his fellow speakers. &nbsp;Maybe next time he&apos;ll be more diplomatic...but the content still makes this one worthwhile. &nbsp;Thank you.
