  I did not know that Rod Roddenberry existed before the Moonshots Live event.  Like so many others born in 1963, I am a child of Star Trek.  I am commenting here because I find you to be one of the most delightful people I have ever listened to.  You are truly an inspiration.  Don't change a thing. 😘

  It seems to me that the Borg served as a kind of parallax view of the Federation, essentially sharing the same core mission to boldly go and seek out new civilizations; however, what distinguished the Borg was their desire to assimilate and achieve a much more rapid transition of cultures. <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LP2ubwOdfhk&amp;t=6514">1:48:34</a>

  Thank you for sharing this. I think they missed a huge opportunity in Star Trek: Picard. <br><br>I proposed a story where the transwarp conduit that opened at the end of season 2 was the artificial intelligence from Season 1 that decided to learn more about the universe, opened a door, then closed it again.<br><br>In the story, the Borg, led by Queen Jurati, travel through the conduit, merge with the artificial intelligence, and transcend.

  I would like to be able to upload my mind into the cloud as a backup but continue to live as an organic human in a body. &nbsp;So if your human body died for whatever reason you could upload your mind into a new human body. &nbsp; There&apos;s your immortality.
