My girlfriend and I are massive John McGuinness fans, we see him each year going about his business in the TT paddock but have never been brave enough to stop him and ask for a picture, I just feel like we shouldn’t bother him because he probably gets pestered for the whole 2 weeks of the TT, I also get a bit star struck by him because he’s a bit of a hero of mine… I’m sure he’ll still be around the TT when he’s retired (hopefully a few more years yet) and I might then feel differently about approaching him. Although, every single rider that we have had the opportunity to speak to and get pictures with has been REALLY down to earth and really lovely to us 😊 I’m sure John would be no different.

Such a top fella, and what a super bunch of questions for him. I spoke with John up at Knockhill a couple of years ago, such a decent bloke, we talked mostly about brickwork, which was funny. Anyway, thanks James and a big thanks to John, he's a proper legend 🏍️👌

i plan to get an 07 blade and put the hm plant fairings on it. Being from northern Ireland you'd think Dunlap, irwin or rea would be your favourite riders but john McGuinness for me is the humble king and the best of the best.
