Folks I felt for you on this one. Problem, after problem, after problem. The cold can really change your perspective on things. The sheer amount of energy that type of lifestyle demands can leave you feeling utterly exhausted. I like to say you have be persistent like the mosquito and you very much are! Fingers crossed things warm up for you soon ❤I appreciate you sharing and letting others get a peek into your life.

Your video seems to certify your insanity in living in Alaska. Thank God you know what you're doing. I greatly admire you. Thanks for showing the reality of your Alaskan life.  ❤

In Norway we put an electric heater line in our water lines to cabines in the mountains. That way the water never freezes.

The title of this video is perfect!  Everything did fail, and when you went to fix it, whatever you needed to fix it with failed too. Both of you take it in stride, a job needs to be done and you do it, no complaining.  It's impressive how you work as a team and have good attitudes no matter what problem develops.  As the phrase goes a farmers work is never done. Love the doggies and goats and chickens.  Imagine how much more difficult living in the wild would be without all the tools and equipment you have.  Reminds me of the story about Richard Proenneke.

I am in awe of you two! As hard as it is to keep things running in the extreme cold, you just keep on keeping on! Even with laughter thrown in…well done guys!

I’m watching from Brisbane Australia and it’s hotter than hell here right now, while you’re battling everything freezing.<br>If only we could exchange some heat for cold, sharing is caring

When I saw the reports of the amount of snow Alaska was getting this week, I immediately thought of you. &nbsp;I saw crews removing snow from flat roofs to prevent them from collapsing and I&apos;m glad you built the &quot;A&quot; frame to help the snow stay off the roof. &nbsp;May you continue to stay safe with each other. &nbsp;Your videos are amazing!

I like how when people say &quot;it&apos;s minus 40 degrees outside&quot; it doesn&apos;t matter if it&apos;s Celsius or Fahrenheit, it&apos;s just stay inside temperature 😁
