On the subject of kitchen-appropriate sinks, the only packs that have one are Nightlife and Kitchen & Bath Stuff. That's why you probably shouldn't expect any after reviewing the Downtown lots...

You know , 35 King street kinda gives me a very specific vibe of “Upper middle class/nouveau rich wannabe McMansion.” <br><br>Like a huge house on a tiny lot, that costs way too much and looks like shit. There’s a couple of those in my neighborhood.
