Then, on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, the conversation moved to modak, momos and other “modo-discussions.” The talk then shifted to the recent Monsoon Session of Parliament, where the Online Gaming Promotion and Regulation Bill was passed by both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. Now, with the President’s approval, the path is clear to put restrictions on fantasy gaming apps. This news led to a funny discussion about PUBG and Ludo King players getting railway quota benefits. After that, the discussion moved to the Bihar elections, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, and Tejashwi Yadav’s tours. Taa’u came up with a punchline about socialism and “over-socialism” fatigue in Bihar. The talk also included leaders’ fancy vehicles and the show of power attached to them. Then came the agenda of the episode: False Memory and the Mandela Effect. This led to a playful talk about memory tricks, fake flashbacks, and the replay of lies. With Smriti Irani’s name as a cue, the topic of “memory” turned into jokes about remembering and forgetting. Taa’u also recited a funny “nonsense poem” about pineapples. The discussion explored how memories take a U-turn, how they get mixed up, and how this mismatch creates funny stories. After that came the bizarre news: a startup idea from China where people actually pay money to go to the office! Employees come and leave on time, and in return, they pay a fixed monthly fee. Finally, the episode wrapped up with letters from Teen Taal listeners.
