I’ve gotta say. I never expected to be someone who listens to things like this at night. But one day I decided to try it in a desperate attempt at some sleep. I was knocked out. I can never make it through 15-20 minutes before I’m asleep to this. My lack of sleep affected my mood, my work and work ethic, I was miserable with 2-4 hours of sleep per night. You’ve helped turn all of that around with this channel. I appreciate the work you guys do. My life is significantly functioning better with good sleep. Much love from Colorado, USA ❣️

I randomly found this channel late last night. I got through maybe half way and was out like I'm supposed to be. Thank You, I really needed to sleep. I probably get 2 to 3 hours each night.
