The only thing Rapido did differently was enter into BIKE first. Rest all business models are the same. This channel was good when it was independent. The amount of R&D was incredible. After merging with Zerodha the quality has gone down. I just see it as another paid content.

I live in Delhi and my experience with Rapido has been quite mixed. Many Rapido drivers are unprofessional, they often argue if the payment is made through the app, use their phones while riding, or keep talking unnecessarily. I usually pay through the app because of cashback, but that itself becomes an issue. Basic professionalism would honestly solve most of these problems for Rapido riders.<br><br>In contrast, Uber has far more professional drivers, and the overall experience is much smoother. What’s more surprising is the pricing— for a 5 km ride to the metro, Rapido charges around ₹60, while Uber costs about ₹38. Earlier, it used to be the other way around.<br><br>I’ve had few very bad incidents with Rapido, after which I completely stopped using it. Now, I prefer leaving early and waiting for an Uber bike. That said, if your only priority is reaching as fast as possible, Rapido is usually quicker, you just have to put up with the negatives.
