  SOLUTIONS<br>The number of voters eligible to elect the FA President should be increased to 2,000.<br><br>The FA should collaborate with the Ministry of Education to establish football-focused high schools, similar to STEM schools, in every region.<br><br>The RFA Chairmen should become members of the Executive Committee and should be elected on the same day as the FA President.<br><br>The league should be autonomous.<br><br>The government, in collaboration with the FA, should appoint three management teams to oversee all national teams.<br><br>The Ministry should oversee the expenditure of FIFA Forward funds. I will elaborate further on this proposal when the opportunity presents itself.

  My question is simple: Is it permissible under the GFA Constitution and applicable FIFA rules for someone who owns, controls, or has a significant interest in a football club to also hold a position within the Ghana Football Association (GFA)?<br>If it is allowed, what safeguards are in place to prevent conflicts of interest? And if it isn’t allowed, why are people who may have such interests involved?<br> Someone should enlighten us on that.Because this goes beyond personalities. Ghana has an incredible amount of football talent, both at home and in the diaspora. When talented players feel overlooked or believe the system isn’t giving everyone a fair opportunity, the consequences go beyond one player..we potentially lose an entire generation of Ghanaian talent.<br>As someone in the diaspora, it becomes difficult to encourage our children to represent Ghana if they believe opportunities are determined by connections rather than performance. And if there is credible evidence of corruption, favoritism, or conflicts of interest within Ghana football, those allegations should be properly investigated and the appropriate authorities should act. Football administration should serve Ghanaian football, not personal interests. 🇬🇭
