  I lost my job to ai recently. I studied art ever since I was a child because &nbsp;I legit wanted to help my family clothing business. For a while I was the only artist in the job, until my family started using ai for certain designs behind my back and the moment I realized it, it was already too late. I think we fucked up a lot as a society because now families chose ai over their damn children. Such a sad picture.

  I&apos;ve always said I just wish there was a way to turn it off. A way to entirely opt out of all AI results on google searches, a way to tell websites that i want to block AI content or bots. unfortunately, I know its becoming harder and harder to completely avoid it, and harder and harder to make software&apos;s or plugins to block it. But the fact that every site nowadays and every program seems to have an unavoidable AI component that you can&apos;t even disable if you wanted to, THATS what pisses me off more than anything. At least give me a choice.

  Recently, I had a school project, where we were tasked with thinking of and showing how AI can enhance the world of today. Most people took the direction of medicine or polution, but all of the presentation had one thing in common: They were made with AI. I kid you not, 8 out of ten assingments were portraied with AI images and I know, some ideas where even directly generated. In the end I made a presentaition about all of the good aspects with a critical review at the end. I spend hours building a cardboard model for each section and made a short film out of the final script. I got backlash for it and I scored the average of our class.
