  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LCERpuriEWI&amp;t=581">9:41</a> There&apos;s a small detail I haven&apos;t seen many people talk about in the bad ending, Menendez has short hair when we see him kill Woods and then his 2025 mullet when he burns himself, which implies there was a time skip and his revolution succeeded to some extent in wiping out the old governments of the world. I interpt it as his self-game-end is just a way to come to terms with her death in his own twisted way.

  The best COD Villian in my opinion, so iconic that even in BO6 the newest cod he has a operator skin dedicated to him.<br>Another analyzing Evil should be on The Atlas corporation from Advanced warfare &amp; Meltdown from TFA

  In Declassified Raul actually witnesses his father&apos;s death and he would later do the same to David.<br><br><br>P.S. Black Ops should have ended with BO2.

  This is a great video. Raul Menendez is one of my favorite COD villains and arguably the best one.

  So people sympathize with his motives and story simply because his sister was killed? What about the millions of civilians killed because of him? <br>This guy wasn&apos;t a good person, he was a drug dealer! He doesn&apos;t target politicians, he targets entire countries. He wants to spread chaos and destruction for personal reasons!<br><br>No one yet knows how he managed to attain all this power and potential, given that he isn&apos;t wealthy, doesn&apos;t hold a position in any country, and isn&apos;t an intelligence or military officer.<br>This guy became powerful because game creators want that,, not because of he was smart or had tactics or because of his high military experiences! <br><br>they made him completely naively powerful in the story and became incomprehensibly and illogically, and there are a huge number of logical gaps that no one has discussed it.

  Great campaign imho, back when CoD took 2 years to develop and not 3.<br><br>Sledgehammer has zero fucking excuse.
