    how he get the matrix K from the mass spring system? A1, A2 are scalars or vectors, or matrices?

    Why are the stiffness matrices K symmetric exactly..? Did I miss the part where he explains or is it because it comes from physics and hard to explain in a short video?

    Why did Strang not include the b(sin(ω)) components in the answer for the example?

    It wasn&apos;t really clearly explained how there is 6 solutions.<br>Shouldn&apos;t there be 3 for the 3-mass problem? Since there are 3 eigenvectors.<br><br>I know he should be right. But what is the logic?

    Oh, Gilbert Strang is such a smart guy. No, This video is totally unclear. Where the K/S matrix come from? How do I get those numbers inside the matrix?
