  I&apos;m quitting lusting today , remind me to check this , clean since 4 days<br>EDIT1 , 1st week: i messed up on saturday i got some depression issues and i use it as an escape could last 5 days but i havent given up i have started again today .<br>EDIT 2 : today is Saturday and I&apos;m clean since last Saturday where i messed up, thank you so much for all the support it literally is helping me i feel better knowing I&apos;m not alone<br>EDIT 3: I havr gotten better but still slightly sturggling<br>Edit 4: worse than before , my life is a mess now🥲🥲<br>Edit 5: exams going rn

  To anyone struggling with addiction, I want to let you know that confronting and overcoming that problem is genuinely one of the most powerful things you can ever do, it’s never easy but trust me there’s always hope as long as you hold on to it

  Alcohol destroys your body and brain. Most alcoholics know that it&apos;s bad, but still do it for many reasons, like trauma. But the fact that Tom Holland was so surprised that his life was better after stopping, I think thats a completely different problem that&apos;s just as bad. Glad he was able to stop. He never appeared to me as someone who drank a lot lol

  I sincerely have grown so much respect for Tom over the last few years. Hearing how he treats his family, relationships, and attitude toward life. It&apos;s admirable.

  When you’re an alcoholic, it’s hard to quit when you don’t truly want to but feel you should. I went 8-12 months sober a handful of times over the years but it was a daily battle. Each time I’d get to a point where I thought I could have one beer like a normal person and would immediately dive right back in head first, as if I had never left in the first place. One day about 4 years ago I just woke up and said nope and I never thought about it again.
