The majority of the crew would just stay silent instead of taking accountability. He shows up early every day with a smile on his face and works hard. He definitely deserves employee of the year!

  At this point Ryan needs to attach a separate GoPro onto Big Ray , because according to him he NEVER is the one responsible when something pops up that EVERYONE knows was him 🙅🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KopyO5-MvTw&amp;t=1216">20:16</a> So Ray NOTICES the truck ain’t fully loaded and instead of doing a U-turn right there and just wasting the extra 20-25 minutes to get reloaded again , He drives all the way back to the site and then complains about some HE KNEW was wrong from the start and he has to go back all over again 🤦🏽‍♂️…Only Ray can continue to get away with this “mistakes” 🤔

  As a driver it’s the driver’s responsibility to check his load and confirm it’s close to the amount that was asked for the scale will also confirm that, but Ray obviously sat in his truck instead of paying attention or looking in his truck bed to confirm, so instead he blamed the loader operator, that’s lazy typical big ray!!!
