Great Presentation! 👍 DR $ is not what it was a few years ago..it certainly has gotten more $$$..but it's managable depending on your lifestyle

Tell it Jay. The problem is that nobody can tell someone what their cost of living is going to be. It's different for all of us depending on lifestyle. There is basic cost to live and then everything else. I appreciate the way you put, it, stop competing for the lowest cost. Seek freedom and peace. Well done, young brother.

One has to differentiate between living in Vacation mode and living as a resident. Once you realize the difference, you can adapt your budget.

You hit on all points that are important to living in DR, not just existing, and things will pop up unexpectedly, whether it's health, dental, repairs or rental increase. It's good to have money set aside for the unexpected 👍🏾

Great video, sir. Your explanation is amazing for a lot of us trying to retire in the DR, live comfortably, and need this guidance. I was watching a guy named Gruber, and he mentioned that you need a significant amount of money to live in the DR.

Very informative content, I tried to move back to DR 3 times and always failed, the money I take to build a life runs out in about 7 months, getting work there the wages are too low but maybe one day I will find the way to make a decent living and stay there for good!
