Bryan Shelton is the father of Ben Shelton, the current American tennis player. <br> <br>Bryan is a former ATP pro (career-high No. 55, two singles titles) and successful college coach who left his University of Florida job in 2023 to become Ben’s full-time traveling coach. Ben’s mother, Lisa Witsken Shelton, also has a tennis background.

Connors is one of the top 9 players of the Open Era. He still holds the record for most titles (109) and matches (1274) won. The earliest successful two-handed backhand, a sliced forehand and a tenacious will to win every match.

It’s so wild how different the game is today. I grew up watching McEnroe and Connor’s as well as Borg and Lendle. Compared to today’s game this looks like two guys in the neighborhood park hitting it back and forth. I bet Ben Shelton gets a kick out of this video.
