  Imagine being Brian&apos;s brother, Derek... his mother died of cancer, then his brother disappeared, and finally his dad died in an accident... he lost his whole family in the span of a year or so... 😔

  I remember a story of a grocery store worker who dissappeared in the store, he was found 10 years later when they removed the old freezers. He was wedged under one. It was his hiding spot when he wanted to take a break and he fell head first and hit his head.

  The dumpster theory is pretty solid, honestly. As gross as it sounds, heavily intoxicated people make strange choices and it&apos;s easy to find confirmed cases of accidental deaths that played out just this way.

  As a college student, I am pretty convinced that he just wanted to go to another party or something else after the Ugly Tuna Saloona, avoided his original friend group as he assumed they would try to dissuade him from continuing to party, and managed to cross paths with the wrong person at the wrong place and time.

  Concerning the detective&apos;s opinion about the difficult hall - never underestimate the ability of drunk folks to get into places deemed difficult. There was a woman who ended up getting stuck in an air vent on top of a steak house in ATX.

  I’d like to point out that drunk men falling into bodies of water while taking a piss and dying has been a common thing since records in the Middle Ages. Men fall into canals so much in Amsterdam that areas around the city with a lot of bars have ropes in the canal so people can hang on to them if they fall (they were specifically installed for drunk men though). There is no smiley face killer. Drunk men pissing are just prone to falling in water and a smiley face is one of the most common things to draw on something.
