Finally, an appropriate sentence for the crime of elder abuse! It was really attempted m*rder. Hard to realize that your own child is a demon. 😈

He stole his mother's life. Unfortunate that son wasn't locked up forever! The snivelling wife deserved 😊the same.

What is he? A psychopath? Sociopath? How could somebody do that to a parent that had supported him all his life?

Your flesh and blood and his wife were horrific thieves. I'm so sorry about your sick wife and you, too!. I hope you all will get your money back.❤

I've overseen the care of a number of people with Parkinson's...a horrible disease. Watching someone decline, both physically and mentally, is heartbreaking.
At some point, home care doesn't work. All very sad.

Reconciliation had better not have been brought up once in this story!

Kudos for the practical advice given at the end of real world strategies.

This story, even though it is a fictional one is one of the very few I listened to with out fastforwarding. The horrible idea of a son leaving his ill mother in that condition was beyond forgiving. What insanity. His wife is no better. Both of them deserved their imprisonment and more. I will never find in my heart sny form of reconciliations. It is bad enough to do this kind of cruelty to a normal old person, but doing this to your own mother who has parkinson is the lowest of the low..

Truly sad story, but the outcome was… some justice. I loved the comment about her brain ‘taking the scenic route’. Absolutely priceless.

You should sue you lawyer for not telling you about that phone call. You could have protected yourself had you known someone was sniffing around about your estate.
