  I know many Christians who are under the spell of Harry Potter. Years ago, God led me to watch a documentary that you can find on YouTube called, Witchcraft Repackaged. Right after, I prayed and spoke with my husband and we burned all the Blu-ray’s we had of the franchise. I believe God protected my children from being under the spell since I watched the documentary when they were small. Thank you Alex, for doing the hard work to spread Jesus and His truth!

  I remember experiencing sleep paralysis one time, (my sister had it all the time) and I couldn’t move, couldn’t speak… I was so scared and heard in my soul “Say Jesus” so I tried to say “Jesus” and the more I tried the more I was able to speak and finally I just started saying Jesus, Jesus, Jesus! And the sleep paralysis went away! I wasn’t even a Christian at that point, it was one of the craziest experiences. I was very into psychic readings and witch craft too before I found Christ so this spillover was amazing to listen to and the redemption story, so relatable!! Which is so cool because I don’t have a similar testimony to many people I meet haha so this was really great for me to hear! God is SO good!

  I related to her when she said she was always afraid. Before I committed to Christ, I had a period of time where I was just terrified to even be alone in my own house. I now believe I was really severely oppressed by something. I still get those moments of terror now but they are much fewer and far between than before. This was chilling and through provoking!!

  Thank you for this I really appreciate it coming from you. My aunt sent me this video to watch and listen to it. I have a mental illness too.I went through a similar route you did. I'm leaving the psychic 🔮 world and  inviting Jesus in my heart. God bless you.

  I accepted Christ in the summer I turned 16. In September of that same year I had my 1st known experience of oppression & it would continue on for the following 3 years. However, because of these years I was able to learn wholeheartedly that when the Bible says in 1 John 4:4 “Ye are of God, little children, & have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.” how very true that is. I will never stop being grateful for the change Jesus made when He saved me.

  I had never put two and two together until I was listening to her speak about her life. For about 6 months I worked for a woman who claimed to be a medium. I never believed in it, but I worked in her home. Her entire life was so chaotic. Her marriage, her children, her health, her finances etc. I became very depressed while working for her I pulled away from God. While working for her I felt so far from my Christian faith. I became angry with God and felt forgotten by him. Once I stopped working for her I slowly came back to my faith and recommit my life to Jesus. Thinking about it now I definitely believe there could have been a connection.

  This is super interesting for me...Jesus saved me at a very young age and I’ve experienced severe spiritual oppression. The craziest thing is...I see the “shadows” and it runs in my family. Not everyone sees them...but those of us that do...see the exact same things and we don’t live in the same households. My mom was adopted and I was reunited with her biological sister...who explained a bit of our family history...and even told me she sees the SAME shadows I do...and has similar experiences with them. It’s wild. I’m thankful that God is bigger and He makes the enemy flee at the mention of His name!

  When I was in college I was a Christian but would watch scary movies sometimes and when I watched a movie about an exorcism, I realized then that I couldn’t watch this stuff and give the devil a foothold. The night that I watched the movie I got sleep paralysis in bed and I couldn’t move or open my mouth to say anything. I kept trying to say “In the name of Jesus get out!” I finally was able to wake up and say that and felt better, but woah! Did that freak me out. Satan is all around us but as long as we have the Holy Spirit he can’t do anything to us.

  I bought a Zodiac make up pallet from Ulta a few years back and had no idea what it meant. Now I’m seeing new age absolutely everywhere. I believe so many people are attracted to it because there is no accountability in their actions. Everything is subjective and they don’t have to follow the Law of Moses. It is just tickling their ears to what they want to hear. Manifestation (I will be rich), shifting blame (because of the horoscope), and putting their faith in their own twisted version of a god that would never make them repent and trust in Christ.
