  Raise this up a few blocks and put grates on the bottom and you can access the loot bags from below during the night.

  The way to get them to drop without the steps, use the ramp 01-06 or the half pole .25 and place them against the walls about 2 blocks down from the top.  You have to trick the zombies onto blocks that they think are pathable.

  actually you don't need god mode to build this base. I'm building this horde base on my game world. no god mode just default sandbox settings, I'm a one man in my game world no help I'm just grinding every chance i get before work or after work and on days off. it can be made it just takes a lot of grinding. keep making these horde bases cause i make them in my game world, i do have the max number of zombies which is 64. that's the only thing i changed in the sandbox settings. and i'm playing the game on an xbox console.

  So one small thing, I did not see your exp increasing, mining and upgrading are your only exp increases. So is it a big deal or not?

  I suspect, there are 8 zombies simultaneously configured. It's too easy and very boring. Try to configure 64 zombies simultaneously per horde. It's the maximum possible value.
