  Main thing to get better at killer is to not care about the win. Practice and get better and have fun maybe laugh instead of cussing

  Bonus Tip: If you notice there is a hook on a hill; note that the entrance to the hill will always be where the hook is facing.

  DBD is secretly a time management game and as killer your time is 4x more valuable than the survivors time is so don't waste it

  I’ve been playing for 6 years with 800 hours on survivor and had NO IDEA that killers bumping into the wall lets them change directions immediately. Very helpful!

  Long time Bubba main here. One tip I think everyone should know, both killers and survivors is to not take this game super seriously. Win or lose, at the end of the match you are still rewarded with bp. The point of a video game is to have fun, so prioritize fun.<br><br>Also it&apos;s only natural to get frustrated, especially with this game. When you feel yourself getting very frustrated, and you are no longer having fun, just play something else and come back to dbd later.<br><br>Always keep in mind that you&apos;re playing video games to have fun. If you find yourself no longer having fun, there&apos;s no shame in taking a break and doing something else for a bit.

  Bully squads also love to group up so they can defend each other, which can absolutely build pressure if theyre too busy fucking around. <br><br>Also also they’re trying to piss you off and get you to chase them. It’s so funny to watch them try to bait you into a chase and then you turn around and go to a gen. [Hearing them vault a pallet back and forth in your headphones can be annoying as hell, but it’s also letting you know one person is on the opposite side of the map not doing a damn thing]

  Lightborn is a perk I do use, when I see the lobby has 3 or 4 people suddenly switch to flashlights. That has, 100% of the time, has proven to be trolling bully squads who&apos;s whole goal is to blind me over and over and try to get as annoying as possible.<br>Nothing more fun than seeing them try over and over despite it not working.

  There is no reason to not block endgame chat as a killer. You&apos;re literally alone. Doesn&apos;t &nbsp;matter what others say. Why would anyone waste their time reading salty survivors? If you win or lose, just move on to the next match.

  Lightborn can actually be very benefitial even after you learn how to avoid Flashlights and Flashbangs. If you pretend you don&apos;t have it the survivors might not catch on ans they&apos;ll try again and again to blind you and waste their time. The best strategy to bringing lightborn is when you see 2+ flashligts in the lobby. The 2 might be fine without but 3+ I always bring lightborn because the survivors are almost guaranteed to go for saves and blinds during pallet breaks.
