  At this point, wilbur and dream are the villains. the rebellion is dead. wilbur&apos;s gone mad and somehow got tommy&apos;s discs, techno is getting sleep deprived due to the rebellion, and schlatt was a democratically elected leader who had an act of arson committed against him. He was justified in raising niki&apos;s taxes due to the fact that niki was partnering with fundy. (note that if some of this stuff isn&apos;t correct, its because my memeory isn&apos;t the greatest.)
