What helped me was saying to out loud to my self " I am proud that I went 2mths without talking to him🎉 (even though only 3wks went by) then I said I am proud that I went 4 mths with out talking to him (when only 2mths went by) or wow I went 4mths with out speaking YESSSS!!! Before you know it ...3yrs will pass Continue to do your nails ,your hair, cry, color, dance. Date yourself and hug yourself!! These men are DISTRACTING you from your Purpose!!!
