  Whoever converted the church into a mosque needs to be held responsible for all the dumping of materials in the back of their properties.  Not only should they be forced to clean up that horrible mess but they need to be fined by the city of Detroit for all that illegal dumping!!!! It was very nice of you, Midlife Stockman, to fix that lady's toilet.  Horrible landlord did nothing to help nor admit responsibility.
