As a 15 year current postal worker I'll continue to say that the biggest problem within the Postal Service is incompetent and corrupt managers / supervisors. God Bless all the carriers, clerks, mail handlers, and truck drivers.

I worked as a rural letter carrier for 13 years, from 1982 -  95, and the day I had my last conflict with an idiot supervisor and walked off the job was the best move I ever made in life.  Good people can't thrive in a sick environment like that

I don't know how much knowledge people in the US have about British postal workers, but we've been processing our biggest miscarriage of justice in UK history. Look up the Horizon scandal. Thousands of sub-post masters were falsely prosecuted, some imrpisoned for years and some even ended their own lives. All because of broken software that the head of Royal Mail defended for years. It was a disgrace, and to this day victims have yet to be fully compensated. They've all had their convictions overturned, thankfully.

I have been retired Rural Carrier since 2017 for health reasons. My problems were a blessing in disguise. There was a lot of this when I worked. I'm still on Prozac (fluoxetine) for over 27 years. I'm glad I'm retired now, even if the circumstances for retirement were bad.

This video is 200% factual! Thank God im out of that nightmare! 29 yrs of total bs and hell as a city letter carrier. But my customers were why I came to work! Lynchburg, Va seemed to be just like all the other places with bullying, intimidation and time clock fraud by mgmt! It got so bad I volunteered to go back to fight in Iraq a 2nd time! So glad I fought mgmt to get to where I am today, alive and retired from that bs

I actually live in Gastonia, NC and I've  been in the area my entire life. I cant recall local news reporting this story about Steve. That was a terrible position to put that guy in. May he rest in peace

It's 2025 and nothing as change the Post Office still carries the same mentality. I had to walk away. The money is still great for a person with no college degree the benefits not so much. The Post Master and the supervisor are garbage 🗑. When I say NOTHING HAS CHANGED I MEAN NOTHING!! I understand why those people went POSTAL. The control, harassment and Intimidation is out of control especially if you don't submit and you're your own person!!👿🤢🤮🚩
