This show isnt about strict parents. Its about the abusive lazy, spoiled parents who let their kids become scumbag leeches. The "strict" patents in the show are just normal, civilized people.

I love that Lebanese mom, she cares about being a good parent. I didn’t see anything strict, she was very reasonable. <br>She made Debbie feel comfortable with no makeup on in public. She looked happy.

the teens were SO disrespectful, they were so close-minded. and they acted like they were gonna be stuck there forever. Just think of it as a vacation of exploring different cultures, why cuss around and give attitude. And the parents and siblings were so kind as well

I genuinely feel bad for the girl cuz it's pretty clear that without the makeup, she feels bad abt herself like she's worth less or people will make fun of her without makeup.....I hope one day she looks at herself without makeup and loves herself regardless of what other may say and realizes her self worth is not tied to her looks...

this actually seems like a good family to go to. not throwing away or trashing things, just taking them away for the time being, never yelling or saying super harsh degrading things as soon as the kids start to act up. they weren't perfect by any means, but loads better than other families that straight up made the teens do things like child labor, or physical punishment/screaming and yelling.
