I've never met this dude before but I follow him on social media and I'm from the same area. It's wild how similar his story is to mine. I had a very unconventional journey into trucking all the way to heavy haul myself. <br><br>I also worked as a CDL instructor for 2 years. Hearing him saying many of the things that I have told my students almost verbatim is crazy. I constantly preach to newer drivers that you constantly will learn in this industry and if you ever feel as though you or somebody near you knows everything, get away from them because they are going to get you killed. <br><br>Great interview!

I really enjoyed this episode . Matt is like my brother now man . Even though I’m an owner and he is a company driver . That doesn’t even matter we still help each other when it comes to trucking . I’ve asked him tons of questions about heavy haul since I’ve met him . That’s my boy fasho

Man I’ve followed Matt on IG for a few years now and had no idea he grew up in southern Ontario about an hour from where I am. Really glad to hear his story and his journey into the heavy haul world. Been trucking for 6 years now in the equipment rental industry hoping to make my way into some big oversized in the next few years. <br>Now that I know that green 389 dump truck is still in ontario I’m gonna keep my eyes peeled on the 401 hopefully I spot it
