  Since the wife can’t afford to keep up the house it needs to be sold ASAP! She will end up losing it in foreclosure.

  If this were a man, he would be told to downgrade his housing and PAY his child support obligation or prison time.<br>No double standard should be allowed in court.

  The grandmother isn’t obligated to watch the kids for free every day. I’m sure that’s not what she had in mind when she retired. The nerve of this women to assume the grandmother will watch her kids every day. It’s infuriating!

  She believes it&apos;s OK to live in a house she can&apos;t afford and have a nice car, but doesn&apos;t have to pay half the cost of raising her own children. Time for an attitude adjustment.

  The judge doesn’t know how Ms Gibsons plan was going to work? It’s pretty simple your honor. She wanted to keep the house, not buy out her exs equity share and obtain custody of the kids, which then turns the spousal support obligation from her onto him. See, it’s so easy.
