It has been 40 years, but I still feel the world was robbed of a great musician.

ORION is one of the greatest bass performances ever laid onto tape.
It never ages, never loses any of its power + to this day, still invokes emotion in anyone hearing it.
ORION is a phenomenal monument to the musician Burton was.
RIP Cliff, + thank-you.

God it still saddens me to tears at times.......incredible loss to the world. All these years later and we can see just exactly how important and influential he really was. He reshaped Metallica. Just imagine half his time not been cut short

This is an amazing tribute to one of the heroes that the universe refused to let become a villain.

Cliff Burton is the reason I play guitar. I wanted to play bass, and I thought, if I want to play like Cliff, I should learn guitar first. Then, I just never switched. Burton was amazing. RIP.
