🌙 RAMAZAN CHECK-IN: Are you feeling the physical or mental weight of the fast today?
If your head aches, your chest feels tight with anxiety, or you are simply exhausted from the week—you have found the right sanctuary. Allah says in the very first verse of this Surah: "We have not sent down to you the Qur'an that you be distressed." This month is meant to heal you, not break you.
📝 YOUR HEALING CONTRACT TODAY:
The Posture: Lie down, close your eyes, and let this loop wash over your nervous system while you rest before Iftar.
The Release: Breathe out the stress of your job, your finances, and your worries. For this 1 hour, hand it all over to the Creator.
The Anchor: When Prophet Musa (AS) was overwhelmed by a massive task, he made a specific Dua in this Surah. Type it below to claim it for your own heart today:
👇 "Rabbishrah li sadri" (My Lord, expand for me my chest and ease my task)
Take a deep breath. You are doing beautifully. Ramazan Mubarak from our sanctuary to yours. 🤲✨

ALLAH! There is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, AL-QAYYŪM, the Self-Subsisting Sustainer of all. Neither drowsiness nor sleep overtakes Him. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is it that can intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is before them and what is after them, and they encompass nothing of His knowledge except what He wills. His Kursiyy / Throne extends over the heavens and the earth, and preserving them does not tire Him in the slightest. And He is the Most High, the Most Great. AMINE YA RABB AL ALAMIN.

ALLAH ! AMINE YA RABB AL ALAMIN.
