  Ive been doing tires for a long time and currently work for Goodyear.  Let me tell you something, most you who get new tires need an alignment.  Your old tires will tell you themselves.  Just walk to the front of the car squat and look at them. It will give you a view of the inside of the tires also which is where majority of tires wear badly at. And it is free, not scam. Why not it will tell you how out off your alignment is. You dont have to except it. Just say no. But any red means you need it. Is your tire going to fall apart because you don't? No, but they will wear slowly badly. The machine says your toe is off by this much, or your camber is. Not people writing it up as you need. These are the results.

  You guys it is not a scam because you don't like or don't want pay it. That does not equal a scam. I work for Goodyear and yes they do hope to sell it to you. They are a business and you as the consumer only owe for services rendered.  The alignment "check" free. Is does not say you get a free alignment, but charge you. If you see that red in it you do not have to get the alignment.  It is suggested. That is not a scam.

  You may need both front strut assemblies if your vehicle is 100,000 miles.<br>If they ask you to bring in every 20,000 miles, that consider a scam.<br>They create a fake fault in the system to justify charging the customer.

  This guy has absolutely no idea what he’s taking about in terms of how a modern alignment rack machine works. No one just hits it with a hammer to barely adjust it. You still use your tie rod bolt to adjust it - just barely. I see it everyday. Quit bullshitting and just admit that you could’ve said no

  If I keep the pressure correct and rotate every 5k miles then my tires will wear evenly. If they wear evenly then there NOT out of alignment. No thanks.

  On the other hand- <br>If alignment is off, <br>It ruins your tires 🛞 and lowers your gas mileage.

  Alphine Ford in Monroe WI are trash! I went in for new tires, they swapped my winter washer fluid for summer, in the winter!, which broke my spray nozzles, they broke the plastic headlight mounts, they over tightened every lug nut causing deformed damage. I had to buy new lug nuts. I still haven&apos;t fixed the nozzle headlight mounts. Never going back to them. I also hate when they remove a broken item from your car, you ask to see it and they say, oh it&apos;s already in the scrap heap, we won&apos;t find it in there. These people need to be strung up and you know what.

  Thank you, this video was really informative! And Tire Discounters during my free allignment said I needed to replace all my front tie rods for $1500. I declined and I did the work myself for $293.
