I hate that they call a singular Skittle, a Skittles.

Person: Man I love Skittles, but I wished there was a fantasy adventure game where they’re a magical maguffin. Darkened Skye: Bonjour.

Something Ben didn't mention about Darkened Skye: Skye is voiced by Linda Larkin, who's better known for voicing Jasmine from Aladdin

Hearing that they made a fantasy video game inspired by skittles honestly is making me think of Disney’s Adventures of the Gummi Bears cartoon, purely for the fact that they both were inspired by said candies and are set in a medieval fantasy world

Not gonna lie, Darkened Skye’s giving me some hardcore Frogger: The Great Quest vibes.

I think my brain stopped working for a minute or two when you talked about Skittles having a video game. Like… Skittles? SKITTLES!?

Apparently, Darkened Skye was loosely based on a series of Skittles ads during that time period, and the folks at Mars were pretty hands-off aside from not wanting snakes in the game (which is a weird stipulation, but I digress).
