nice!! a lot of people would have stopped when the transformer was bad, but you took on the challenge and rewound it. That's great!! You just saved another unreplaceable radio from the trash. GREAT!!

Nice. Love watching people like Paul Carlson and Dave Tipton repairing old radios. You are on the list now too. I don't actually have this hobby but for some reason love watching it. Winding the new transformer needs the patience of Job.

For some time I was looking for a channel on Youtube where you explain, step by step, how to proceed in the verification and repair of a tube radio and finally I found it! Thank you very much for your very clear and explanatory videos. Really thank you

I'm enjoying watching you work your method of applying logical analysis, simple math and a minimum of expensive tools. I tend to replace caps, check resistors and clean pots first, then troubleshoot. It usually requires an alignment after that but at least I'll know it'll work like new and last another 50 years before it quits. Also, not many people will attempt to rewind an output transformer so that was a treat! I also enjoyed the guitar music. You're a man of many talents!

Well done with the rewind.....! I've only tackled small coils so far (not with much success....)

Nice to see someone actually fault finding and showing methods without the tedium of watching a complete cap change etc. Impressed with your patience regarding the rewinding of the output transformer. Great video.

My late father repaired electronics so, not only interesting, but pleasantly reminds me of him and shared problem-solving skills. I've enjoyed the two videos I have watched. Thanks for them, and please keep up the good work. --Mike
