  If I remember correctly, the creator actually said in the second video that saying this was for the "casual player" wasn't the best way to describe this pack, but he couldn't think of a word other than "casual". The pack is for those who don't want to make farms and instead get their resources through natural means. It may still take grinding, but you're not making a mob grinder and instead grinding yourself !

  The way I look at this datapack is that it is for a more casual player, sure, but it&apos;s also for players who want satisfaction in getting things themselves and exploring, rather than just automate everything.<br><br>I am one of those people, and hence why I love this pack~

  the evil abandoned sorta player-built-looking villages are VILE. i was using other structure mods i was used to alongside matcha flavoured and this fucked up arg village TERRIFIED me. i was playing at 11pm too it scared me so bad 😭

  Hey Cosmo, just an FYI - the &quot;trial chamber&quot; you found is actually a different structure called the Abbey. Trial chambers like you find in vanilla minecraft still also exist. :) Klei made the abbey so people have another viable way to get silver. Figured you&apos;d want to know that!

It&apos;s something Minecraft has been missing forever and it&apos;s a builder&apos;s best friend. It kinda hints it&apos;s actual use in the advancements by stating its used for &quot;earthen materials&quot;

  I think it&apos;s very well made for someone with not much prior work, and there&apos;s a fair number of points that could be solved by just installing mods from other people. It&apos;s not a modpack all by itself.<br><br>The main issue is that its nature means that there&apos;s a LOT of work to integrate it with existing mods, namely with food and gear innate properties. I think it&apos;s worth the effort, but not necessarily as klei&apos;s job.

I&apos;ve missed proper MC texture packs like SPHax, painterly, etc! Modded Minecraft used &nbsp;to have such varied and gorgeous aesthetics, and its really cool to see that making a comeback
