  Looks like a hoarding situation. &nbsp;Maybe some of Alfie&apos;s anxiety stems from his parents mental state. &nbsp;That whole family needs help.

  Ha ! had to laugh at the end when the father said his son doesn&apos;t do anything just sits in his bedroom, looks like the father doesn&apos;t do anything either !!

  The anxiety of the son is no excuse for the condition which the adults of the house have created. &nbsp;In fact, the chaos of that space is probably contributing to the son&apos;s mental state. &nbsp;These able-bodied adults just threw anything that they didn&apos;t need anymore into the backyard instead of taking responsibility for proper disposal -- remnants from home renovation, old furniture, old appliances, and general rubbish.<br>It&apos;s admirable that you are doing this to benefit the son. &nbsp;You will be a great example to him.

  I’m sorry the parents blame the son. They clearly have their own mental health issues to let their garden get like that. Thank you for helping them.
