Forget everything you thought you knew about the old Abuja this is a different city entirely. Nigeria’s capital isn’t just finding its rhythm; it’s accelerating at full speed. Under the relentless drive of Nyesom Wike, the Federal Capital Territory has crossed a defining threshold evolving from a political hub into what is fast becoming Africa’s gold standard for urban living. This transformation goes far beyond routine upgrades. The so-called “Wike Effect” is a complete structural overhaul reshaping Abuja from its very foundations. Across the city and its outskirts, the impact is unmistakable: modern railway infrastructure, expansive road networks, new bridges and interchanges, revitalized healthcare and education systems, improved water supply, and the revival of long-abandoned projects. Even iconic landmarks are being reimagined from the facelift of the Abuja City Gate to the ambitious transformation of Jabi Lake.Backing this bold vision is a proposed ₦2.2 trillion 2026 budget, heavily focused on capital projects, infrastructure, social services, and education. The goal is clear: to elevate Abuja beyond its role as Nigeria’s political capital and position it as a model for urban governance across Africa. Aligned with the Renewed Hope agenda of Bola Ahmed Tinubu, strategic sectors like transportation, healthcare, education, and environmental sustainability are now receiving unprecedented, game-changing investments. Hello, everyone! Welcome to ConnectsLogTV, where we create edutainment videos about Africa and the world. Today, we'll be looking at the top 30 massive projects transforming Abuja in 2026 and beyond, in no particular order. Project Number 30 is a transformative national infrastructure initiative valued at approximately $2.8 billion, designed to deliver a reliable and sustainable energy supply for power generation, industries, and households—powering economic growth and improving everyday life.If that sounds like something you're interested in, please like, subscribe, share, and comment on which project you find exciting.

Like, Comment, Subscribe and Share
