  i LOVE  the fell rework. As ya said, it made him more consistent and i love the setups and combos ya can do with this guy is more rewarding. 100 stamina requires fell to conserve and play around scenarios, this to me feels like one of the best rework since US paps

  His rework is fun, his moveset works together with each other really well, only thing I miss though is having a final attack, was always fun to Dodge one last big all out attack in order to win

  I really really like him. It&apos;s clear especially after little tale that the team had learnt from their mistakes and made actual good reworks.<br>He&apos;s costs 30 wins and is a huge learning curve for any new players. Not as complicated as last breath (50 wins) but not max littletale level either. He&apos;s like reworked papyrus in the broken promises update. Pretty complicated but once you learn how to set up moves and combos, plan out your positioning, quickly think through your current situation and use moves in a smart way, you genuinely just have loads of fun with him. (I&apos;m probably the only person who mained rework maxed base papyrus unironically so maybe he wasn&apos;t a good example-)

  my only issue is that fell is too technical for a low-win character. yes, he&apos;s a strong low-win option, but most new players are NOT ready to figure out his moveset.

  To add on to the chain comment. You can also outright guarantee a free chain on a Chara ragdolled by desecrate. So not only will you regain stamina from landing desecrate, but also condemn thanks to the slow from detain. I think his only issue comes from weapon&apos;s like ballet shoes for their obnoxious stamina drain.

  As someone who used to have low tier fell, I say Fell sucks when it comes to low wins<br><br><br>What I mean is that Fell isn’t really low win friendly. Besides that, I love the rework and Fell takes more skill and is really nice

  fell rework is cool and awesome and stuff but its also way too overcomplicated for a character thats unlocked 25% of the way into a low wins server and i feel like the lack of design philosophy really needs to be addressed in some way by the devs. Little rework imo is probably the best rework we&apos;ve gotten post casino and the devs should keep doing whatever they were doing with little.
